Bai Bac, the beach towards the northeast, is often called Bac beach by locals, the feature of this beach is that there are two branches East and West.

Here every year from October to November of the lunar calendar, many species of dark green seaweed appear on the rocks and cliffs along the East and West cliffs.
This plant species is called “jam” by the locals, a delicious and famous specialty when cooked with anchovies or potato fish, it will be cold, there are bowls of fish and potato jam soup enough to makes you flutter and warm your heart by the sweetness of seaweed and the greasy taste of fish that makes many people admire and praise, you can also eat it raw.
Bai Bac Beach is known for the luxury InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula resort. Although it’s a popular weekend getaway for locals, part of the beach is closed to the public to make way for a turtle sanctuary.
It takes about 4 hours to walk from Bai Bac Beach to Son Tra Mountain or Monkey Mountain. If you’re looking to escape the crowds on the beach, the verdant forest trails are great for spotting rare species along the way. This mountain is home to macaques, long-tailed macaques, sloths and red-legged langurs.
