The programme at a glance
Deep work, community learning and honest feedback
The full day is reserved for building. A community lunch, peer support and a campfire barbecue create structured and informal moments to test assumptions, solve blockers and improve the project.
Pitch what was built
Every builder presents the result of the 72-hour sprint to the full village, followed by closing feedback and a noon shuttle back to Mỹ Khê Beach.
From a sprint to a 1–2 month founder village
The wider model proposes optional programming over eight weeks: arrive and set goals, build and test, ship and grow, then demonstrate progress and plan the next stage.
Residencies, retreats and innovation tours
Founder Villages can design and operate branded cohorts, portfolio retreats, demo days, founder bootcamps, corporate innovation sprints and regional ecosystem tours for funds, accelerators, companies and universities.
AN ECOSYSTEM PERSPECTIVE
Founder Villages can add a missing residential layer to Da Nang’s ecosystem. Events create temporary density; a village creates repeated interaction over days or months. Its ecosystem value will depend on founder selection, credible local programme partners and disciplined follow-through from residency outputs to customers, pilots, capital and company formation.
