Top 30 Shortlist

Up to 30 eligible teams enter professional training in intellectual property, business development and coaching, with IP-filing support of up to USD 2,000 each.

Incubation and Acceleration

Qualcomm subject-matter experts, technical teams and IP specialists help ventures improve prototypes, product architecture, patent strategy and commercial readiness.

04PHASE 2

Top 15 Product Development

Selected startups receive USD 5,000 grants, while university projects may access Qualcomm living labs; teams gain programme visibility and continue product incubation.

Top 15 Finale at InnoEx

Fifteen startups and university research projects present their products and evidence to an industry jury.

Top 5 Final and Awards

Five finalists compete for awards of USD 100,000, USD 75,000, USD 50,000 and two USD 15,000 prizes.
