Legend has it that the founders of the village were the five ancestors of the surnames Dang, Lam, Nguyen, Tran, and Le. In 1470, according to the decree of King Le Thanh Tong, to expand the realm, they chose this land with beautiful terrain to open, establish a village, and named the village Tuy Loan from there.
