Da Nang Surf School

Da Nang Surf School is located in peaceful and pristine My Khe beach in the Temple resort on My Khe beach. Da Nang Surf School is the first surf school in Vietnam to provide ISA (International Surf Association) certified instructors. We created Da Nang Surf School because My Khe beach has perfect conditions for beginner surfers as well as an empty row for experienced surfers.

Danang Surf School is also committed to developing the surfing scene in Vietnam and introducing healthy lifestyles and surfing culture to the local community. Da Nang has excellent conditions to learn how to surf as well as further develop your surfing skills. The lower temperature at My Khe beach is 27º all year round making it perfect for surf practice! Da Nang is surrounded by beaches with perfect waves all year round Due to these near-perfect conditions, Da Nang is the surfing capital of Vietnam. For the less adventurous, Danang Surf School also offers Stand Up Paddle (SUP) lessons in smaller waves or even in an area with no waves at all. SUP is the perfect start for surfing and oceans as well as a complete workout. Stand Up Paddle is sure to make you feel the king of the sea! Everyone can do it and SUP is fun!

Our Experience

With over 20 years in saltwater, surf instructor Gonçalo Cabrito, an ISA Portuguese surf instructor is as experienced as you can surf and surf especially in Da Nang, he always visits Vietnam on holidays and quickly understands Da Nang’s potential for surfing. here, he, along with his crew, teaches and transmits his experience to all the active and athletic people in the city of DA NANG! Da Nang has a long story about surfing, Americans and Australians and the military surfed in Non Nuoc and other Vietnamese beaches during the war.
