In 1998, Cam Le sesame dried cake village was officially known when it was legally registered for ownership in the market. Dried sesame cake is prepared from the raw materials of rice flour – glutinous, sesame, diameter and ginger. The cake is square or rectangular in shape, outside is a layer of sesame that is adhered to young sugar, plastic essence like malt.
