Dry Sesame Cake must undergo seven times to roast fire to become delicious cakes. Therefore, it is also known as the “Bay Lua cake “(seventh fire bread).

The seventh fire bread was made by a woman of the Huynh family in Thi An village, Hoa Lan commune, Hoa Vang district, Quang Da province.

In 1998, Cam Le sesame dry cake village was officially known when it was legally registered in the market.

Sesame crackers are made from rice flour – sticky rice, sesame, sugar and ginger. The cake has a square or rectangular shape, outside is a sesame layer that is adhered with fine sugar like malt.
